This is a four-part public course run over six weeks addressing the fundamentals of managing an architectural business...
We have had many enquiries over the past couple of months to run our public courses and this business management course is one of our most popular and comprehensive training courses. It provides delegates with an overview of the essential skills needed to run a successful architecture practice.
This four-part course is a primer for people leading small to medium sized architectural practices and addresses the key elements of business management: Business planning, Financial management, People management, and Marketing and new business development.
The course is run over four half-days, with two weeks between sessions to minimise disruption.
Working through the widely acclaimed Colander case study, as well as using more traditional training methods, group activities and discussions, each session builds on previous sessions to develop an overall awareness and understanding of the issues that influence success or failure.
A printed, bound set of courses notes will be given to each delegate.
