We write development proposals and project briefs, we help our clients to select the best design teams for their projects and we facilitate discussions to review progress.

We have the unusual strength of working on both sides of the fence: with developers and with architects. This enables us to sit comfortably alongside a developer, helping to identify the right design team for a given project and ensuring that the initial briefing of that team gets off to the best start.

Equally, drawing on our project knowledge and our recognised skills as facilitators, we are well placed to offer confidential and independent facilitation to review working relationships as a project progresses: at key milestones, or through post completion reviews at the end of the project.
