We run public training courses as well as tailored, in-house courses for individual consulting engineering firms.
In the main, our courses are for people with management or leadership roles. They are ‘work shop’ style, and we limit the number of delegates, to ensure full participation.
Each course combines traditional teaching with case studies drawn from the built environment, practical activities and discussions, to ensure that the lessons learnt are applicable to real life. Each delegate receives a bound set of course notes for reference.
We draw our trainers from a group of specialists that have experience of working with engineers, architects and their clients; each is an expert in their given subject.
If you have only one or two delegates for a particular course, we would be happy to discuss other ways of working with small groups or individuals.
We primarily offer training that focuses on running a consultancy business rather than doing projects. We offer public courses and in-house courses.
