Who is this course for?
This course is for senior people who are responsible for identifying the most appropriate new project opportunities for the firm and maximising the effectiveness of new business efforts. Also, for anyone with responsibility for creating submission documents in response to client requests for expressions of interest.
Course format
This is a half-day course. It combines theory with practical applications, using a sample ‘request for information’ as a case study alongside open discussions to ensure full participation and relevance to real life. If appropriate, we can include a critique of existing submission documents into the course. A comprehensive bound set of course notes will be provided. A group of 12 to 16 delegates is ideal.

Cost
The cost of this course is on a sliding scale, depending on the number of delegates:
Up to 9 delegates: £1,250 + VAT per half-day
10 to 12 delegates: £1,500 + VAT per half-day
13 to 15 delegates: £1,750 + VAT per half-day
16 delegates: £2,000 + VAT per half-day
Preparation time needed to tailor the course to your specific needs will be agreed with you in advance and charged at our standard day rates, available on request.
