"Well worthwhile and feel better prepared for upcoming appraisals, eye-opening!"

Public course
Appraisals and staff development
Tuesday 25 May 2010
14.00 to 17.30

Who is this course for?
A well conducted staff review provides an employee with a clear sense of how well he or she is doing; it highlights areas for improvement and emphasises good performance whether creative, technical or behavioural. However, staff reviews must also focus on the future - matching the practice's business requirements with the individual's career aspirations, preferences and learning needs. A well conducted staff review will inspire, invigorateand build trust. If badly handled, it can have quite the reverse effect!

Who is this course for?
This course is for people who have responsibilities for the assessment and development of staff, be they partners, directors, project leaders, associates or administrative support staff.

Purpose of the course
