Being more efficient
Who is this course for?
Anyone who feels that they could make better use of their time and be more efficient when dealing with other people; it is equally suitable for partners, directors, managers and staff at all levels. This is an intensely practical course that links proven theory to day-to-day reality. Firstly, it will focus on ‘pure’ time management – exploring how time is used at present, and suggesting practical methods for using it more effectively. Secondly, it will introduce basic assertiveness techniques that will help improve communications and save time when dealing with other people.
Course format
This is a full day course for up to 12 delegates. It includes statistical and anecdotal evidence and proven theory and advice, supported by group discussions and activities. Delegate numbers are limited in order to facilitate group discussions and maintain the interactive quality of the training. A printed, bound set of courses notes will be given to each delegate.
We also run a short, sharp half-day time management course if preferred. Equally, specific issues relating to assertiveness can be dealt with through tailored coaching sessions on a one-to-one basis or with small groups of people.
