To help with a business review, we undertake both internal and external reviews as well as trend analyses, drawing on our extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
On projects we facilitate ‘lessons learnt’ reviews, which are primarily focused on the process of delivering a project.
Wherever possible, we like to agree lump sum fees for set pieces of work. These are based on our standard day rates, which are available on request.
