Business planning for engineers

Who is this course for?
This course has been designed for engineers who are setting up in business and are looking for guidance on writing a business plan. It is also for engineers who want to manage the growth of their practices and plan for future developments. It takes delegates through a step-by-step guide to Business Planning: understanding where the business is today, building consensus for future aims and finally, writing a plan.

Delegate numbers are limited in order to maintain the interactive quality of the training.

Course format
This is a half-day course, that aims to set the scene for business planning. In keeping with the Colander philosophy, it is intensely practical, using an interactive workshop style, supported by comprehensive course notes and templates so that delegates can instigate their own Business Plans following the session

Cost
The cost of this course is on a sliding scale, depending on the number of delegates:
Up to 9 delegates: £1,250 + VAT per half-day
10 to 12 delegates: £1,500 + VAT per half-day
13 to 15 delegates: £1,750 + VAT per half-day
16 delegates: £2,000 + VAT per half-day

Preparation time needed to tailor the course to your specific needs will be agreed with you in advance and charged at our standard day rates, available on request.

CPD
CPD certificates will be issued.
