The plan is that the events will be free of charge but that those who attend are invited.

INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY BREAKFAST DEBATE: CREATING CHANGE

Women in Architecture is holding a breakfast debate on 08 March from 08.30 to 10.30 at the Roca Gallery Imperial Wharf, London SW6 2P.

“Does the current challenging climate call for a review of the practice of architecture? Can women take a central role in redefining the profession, as instigators of change?”

Chaired by Christine Murray AJ Editor, speakers include: Eleanor Fawcett, Head of Design, London Legacy Development Corporation; Hannah Lawson, John Mc Aslan and Partners;  Danna Walker, Chair RIBA Architects for Change/ Coordinator Life Long Learning & Skills, Construction Industry Council; Cindy Walters, Walters and Cohen Architects; Sarah Wigglesworth, Sarah Wigglesworth Architects.  There will also be opening and closing statements by Angela Brady, President RIBA
