Drawing on our experiences of working with client organisations as well as architects, we regularly help architectural practices to step back and consider their performances – both on individual projects and as practices competing in the open marketplace.
On a practice level, our work includes both internal and external reviews and trend analyses, drawing on our extensive knowledge of the profession, and our many years of benchmarking the profession.
On projects we facilitate ‘lessons learnt’ reviews, which are primarily focused on the process of delivering a project. In addition, through our collaboration with the project managers Buro Four, we are offering project surgeries that focus on the day-to-day delivery of projects.
Wherever possible, we like to agree lump sum fees for set pieces of work. These are based on our standard day rates, which are available on request.
