Who is this course for?
This course explores ways of communicating with clients to ensure the smooth running of projects and enhance the possibility of repeat business and client recommendations. It is for senior people in architectural practice who have responsibility for setting the parameters for new projects and ensuring that clients are delighted with the service they are receiving. It is also for those working closely with clients on a daily basis.
Course format
This is a half day course. It combines theory with practical applications, using architectural case studies, group activities and discussions to ensure full participation and relevance to real life. A printed, bound set of courses notes will be given to each delegate.

Cost
For delegates who pay 2 weeks before the course starts: £190 + VAT: £228. Payment must be received by 10 April 2012. Otherwise, the cost per delegate is: £240 + VAT: £288
CPD
CPD certificates will be issued. For architects, This course complies with RIBA core CPD requirements for practice management.
