Who is this course for?
To lead a project team it is not enough to be a good designer. Architects also need to demonstrate sophisticated management and motivational skills. This course is a primer for all architects who are faced with the task of leading a project. It aims to develop working methodologies for successful project leadership, and so help build the skills and confidence required to lead successfully, confidently and enjoyably.
Course format
This is a two-day course. In keeping with the Colander philosophy, both days are intensely practical, using an interactive workshop style with working exercises, case studies, discussions and activities, supported by comprehensive course notes. Delegate numbers are limited in order to maintain the interactive quality of the training.

Cost
Please note that each day cannot be purchased individually. For delegates who pay 2 weeks before Day 1: £750 + VAT: £881.25 for the two days. Payment must be received by 21 October 2008. Otherwise, the cost per delegate is: £950 + VAT: £1116.25 for the two days.

This course complies with RIBA core CPD requirements for practice management; certificates are awarded on completion.
