The Outward Bound® Trust courses
We are delighted to have an association with The Outward Bound® Trust, the world leaders in experiential learning and development.
The Outward Bound® Trust specialises in practical team development and leadership programmes that make full use of the five main senses to create memorable learning experiences. Residential courses usually take place at a stunning location in the Lake District and include classroom based sessions as well as outdoor exercises to explore team dynamics, break down barriers and help build trusting relationships.
Our trainer – John Forrester – is the link between Colander and The Outward Bound® Trust. He plays a key role in devising outdoor sessions for our clients, drawing on his experiences of working with architectural practices to create programmes that are fun, relevant to the profession and to the individual needs of each practice.
