Jim Crooks
Jim joined the Colander team in 2008, to run our courses on building contracts and professional agreements.
He is a Project Manager with Buro Four and has extensive and varied experience of working in the UK and abroad with major contractors and designers, also working directly with both developers and owner occupier clients.
He is a civil engineer by training with an MBA and MSc in Construction Law and a NEBOSH qualification. He is a member of the Association of Project Management and, in addition to practicing project management, he undertakes expert witness appointments. He is also a trained adjudicator.
Jim is involved in reviewing and agreeing more than a hundred professional agreements every year.
