Daphne Thissen

Daphne joined the Colander team in 2008, to run our courses to give participants practical tools with which to confront the fears and obstacles inherent in a networking environment and to make networking a constructive, if not fun experience – both professionally and personally.

Daphne is founding Managing Director of The Partnership Builder, a successful international management and leadership development firm specialising in soft skills, networking and relationship management training.

Before starting The Partnership Builder, Daphne gained cultural and public experience within a senior diplomatic environment and before that, as the Business and Development Director of the Employment Policy Institute, a lobby organisation based in Westminster.

She is a charismatic, influential and highly accomplished presenter with exceptional communications skills. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and of the International Association of Facilitators.

With over seven years facilitating relations between international creative organisations, Daphne is ideally positioned to pass on networking and relationship building skills.
